Yes. The subscription is monthly with no commitment. Once cancelled, your site keeps working until the end of the paid period, then enters read-only mode. Your data stays yours and you can export it whenever you want.
By paying PREMIUM today you already get: unlimited limits (properties, photos, storage), phone support and priority access to the roadmap. Features marked 🔜 (WhatsApp Cloud, Channel Manager, vacation KYC, smart locks, etc.) ship throughout 2026 at no extra cost. PREMIUM customers get them before the rest of the market.
Yes, anytime from your panel. Upgrading unlocks new features and higher limits instantly. Downgrading keeps the higher-tier features until the end of the paid period.
We use Stripe Connect: when your client pays an invoice online, the money goes directly to your bank account. Houzik takes no commission on your transactions — Stripe simply applies its standard fees (1.4% + €0.25 on EU cards).
Your properties, contacts, messages and invoices are yours. From your panel you can export everything as CSV or JSON anytime. If you decide not to continue, we can fully delete your data on request.
